The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications said on November 3 that it has just added a new feature to the existing ‘Danang Smart City’ mobile app.

Specifically, people who are required to self-isolate at home after contacting with confirmed COVID-19 cases must make medical declarations on the ‘Home Self-Isolation Declaration’ column on the ‘Danang Smart City’ mobile app.

Accordingly, people under home isolation have to declare their health status and isolation-related information on the app 3 times a day at 8:00am, 4:00pm and 9:00pm. They have to have their smartphones at their side and receive calls or text messages (zalo, SMS) from local authorities and health agency.

Meanwhile, local authorities and health agencies can visit the website https://quanlycachly.danang.gov.vn to monitor and provide promptly support for home self-isolation cases.
