The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) has launched the A-Star Advanced Manufacturing Startup Challenge 2022 with a brand new concept centering theme on Automation 4.0 for Advanced Manufacturing.

In this year's edition, the programme will feature the thematic track to tackle the various problems in three priority aspects of smart packaging, smart manufacturing line, and visual artificial intelligence.

Participating startups will have the opportunity to connect with the world's leading businesses, receive direct support from the Singaporean government to accelerate the development and application of advanced technology solutions, and receive $50,000 in cash and in-kind prizes.

Participants will be showcasing their solution in February 2022 where the winners will embark on a 4-month accelerator program.
