The BK Holdings Creativity and Innovation Centre - Duy Tan made its debut in Da Nang on Saturday.

The debut ceremony was co-organised by the Ha Noi University of Science and Technology, the Da Nang-based Duy Tan University, the National Startup Support Centre of Viet Nam (NSSC) under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology.

The event saw the participation of more than 400 delegates who were policy makers, university leaders and lecturers, researchers, and representatives from the city’s innovation startup ecosystem.

In addition, they also attended a workshop entitled ‘Connecting universities and businesses’.

The attendees at the event had the opportunity to learn about knowledge, practical lessons and typical operating models in promoting creativity and innovation, and commercialising technology transfer at universities in Viet Nam, thereby significantly contributing to boosting creativity and innovation and linkages between universities,  businesses, and the Government in the Central Viet Nam and Central Highlands regions.

Within the framework of the event, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched the 8^th National Festival for Innovative Startups, TECHFEST Vietnam 2022, in the Central Viet Nam and Central Highlands regions.
