The deadline for all Vietnamese people around the world to submit their applications for VietChallenge, a global start-up competition, is set on June 30.

Applications can be submitted online via the website https://www.vietchallenge.org/.

This is the 7^th time that the competition has been organised. Sponsored by the National Innovation Centre (NIC) under the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment, the event aims to seek potential startups providing innovative technology products, services and solutions as well as help them connect with prestigious domestic and international investment funds and investors.

All participating startups will have the opportunity to call for investment capital of more than $100,000 from VietChallenge's more than 60 international investors.

One of the most highlights of this year’s competition will be an investment festival with the participation of over 60 investment funds worldwide.

The total value of cash prizes will be $50,000.

Since 2015, the VietChallenge competition has helped elevate more than 800 startups that came from over 20 different countries, and awarded more than $300,000 in cash to the participating teams.

The semi-final round of VietChallenge 2022 is expected to be held in August.

Top 6 potential startups will come to New York in the USA by the end of this year. A series of business networking events and the final of the competition is scheduled to take place in New York in November 2022.
