Hundreds of international scientists discuss artificial intelligence
The 7th IEEE/ACIS International Conference on Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Data Science (BCD 2022) was hosted on Friday by the University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), a member of the University of Da Nang. This was the first time the event had been held in Viet Nam.

BCD 2022 attracted hundreds of scientists, researchers, engineers, industry practitioners, and students from countries such as the U.S., South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, Myanmar and India.
The participants were actively involved in exchanging new ideas, research results, and experiences on all aspects of Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Data Science.
BCD 2022 received 122 scientific articles by 250 domestic and foreign authors, and all of them were written entirely in English related to issues and development trends in the field of big data, cloud computing and data science.
Within the framework of the event, a special topic on artificial emotional intelligence (emotion AI) was discussed under the chair of Ph. D. Roger Lee from the U.S.-based Central Michigan University, and Ph. D. Gwangyong Gim, Ph. D. Yongwon Cho and Ph. D. Dinh Ngoc Thanh from the South Korea-located Soongsil University.
