Responding to National Digital Transformation Day and Digital Consumption Month
In response to National Digital Transformation Day (October 10), the Ministry of Information and Communications is promoting the ‘October - Digital consumption month’ programme at the National Digital Transformation Portal at https://dx.gov.vn/.
The programme aims to facilitate Vietnamese residents to enjoy the benefits of digital transformation, and digital technology businesses to have access to a large number of potential customers.
Through the process of using digital products and services, people will be universalised digital skills, thereby promoting the formation of digital citizenship, development of the digital economy and digital society.
Meanwhile, State agencies and the business community will accompany people in the digital transformation process by simultaneously issuing preferential policies to use digital products and services.
Specifically, 10 prominent groups of digital consumption incentives include telecommunications, digital payment, e-commerce, Vietnamese national domain names, digital signatures, cyber security, traffic, education, healthcare, and e-books from more than 50 participating digital technology enterprises.
A detailed list of free, preferential and discounted policies for people in October 2022, along with other useful information about digital transformation, have been posted on the national digital transformation portal at https://dx.gov.vn.
