Da Nang ranked 2^nd among top Vietnamese 5 localities for online application processing from early January to early November, 2022, according to the Ministry of Information and Communications.

In particular, the rate of application processing online in Da Nang reached 67% after Hoa Binh Province with the highest rate of 86.5%. The city was followed by Nam Dinh Province with the rate of 86.5%, Lang Son 64.2% and Ninh Binh 63.9%.

The 5 provinces with the lowest proportion of online applications are Bac Lieu at 7.4%, Son La 8.3%, Nghe An 8.6%, Binh Thuan 9.3%, and Quang Ngai 9.7%.

In terms of ministries and sectors, the State Bank of Viet Nam took the lead in the rate of applications processed online with 100%, followed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade 99.7%, and the Ministry of Finance 92.4%.

The units with the lowest percentage of online applications are the Ministry of Construction at 16.6%, the Ministry of Industry and Trade 25%, and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment 36%.

According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Health saw the highest number of visits to its Portal with 14.58 million visits, followed by the Ministry of Planning and Investment with 6.8 million and the Ministry of Information and Communications with 5.9 million.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment were at the bottom of the list with the lowest number of visits to their Portals at 1.8 million, 1.1 million and 909,000 respectively.
