Accordingly, the Da Nang Department of Information and Communications worked with the 115 Emergency Centre, along with technology, support in terms of connections and personnel deployment from What3words Company (UK) and Phenikaa MaaS Company respectively to complete the integrations of ‘what3words’ positioning technology into the city's digital journey platform applied to emergence calls and the dispatch of ambulances.

The deployment of ‘what3words’ app mentioned above helps to shorten the time of emergency work, especially in residential areas, alleys, large areas such as beaches, stadiums and parks. From August 28, the Da Nang Department of Information and Communications officially used the application when receiving emergency requests from people.
