Da Nang college signs cooperation agreements on training human resources in tourism industry
The Da Nang Vocational Tourism College, on Monday, entered into cooperation agreements with a number of businesses to promote joint training activities. This activity was part of the opening ceremony of the new school year, the welcoming ceremony for freshmen, and celebrations for 50th founding anniversary of Viet Nam-Japan diplomatic relations in the city.

Accordingly, the college signed cooperation agreements in dual training in multimedia communications.
The college's students will be able to participate in studying and practicing at enterprises for some appropriate content in the training programme as agreed by the two parties. The enterprises will send experts to teach according to the content and topics chosen by the two parties and the school orders.
Also, the college signed a dual training partnership in MICE Tourism Management, helping students quickly access real environments and train closely to labour market needs.
Besides, it signed a cooperation agreement to link training for the 9+ system (coordinating enrollment and training at the intermediate level for students who have graduated from junior high schools with 3 occupations: accommodation, restaurants and food processing techniques) and transition training links in Malaysia.
After studying at the college for 1.5-2 years, qualified students will be able to intern in Malaysia for 6-12 months and be introduced to jobs after graduation.
Also at the signing ceremony, representatives from tourism businesses gave nearly 80 scholarships to college students. A representative from the Representative Office of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Da Nang awarded Certificates of Merit from the Ministry to groups and individuals who have had outstanding achievements in two consecutive school years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022.
