Da Nang private university cooperates with Japanese businesses to train high-quality human resources
Within the framework of the Viet Nam-Japan economic forum held in Japan's Tokyo on Saturday, the Da Nang-based Dong A University and Japan's Sun Frontier Group (Japan) signed a cooperation agreement on training and supplying high-quality human resources for the Japanese market under the witness of Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

The deal is among 20 bilateral cooperation agreements signed at the forum.
In the first stage of cooperation, the career value chain will be designed for Dong A University's students majoring in Japanese language, hotel, travel, electricity and electronics, and construction.
Accordingly, knowledge, skills, attitudes, working culture, Japanese language, Japanese rules of employment, and knowledge related to specified skills exams to internship programmes for 3rd year and long-term students at Japanese companies after graduation will be all trained according to Japanese standards.
Besides, the two sides will conduct research, exchange and develop cooperation in other fields in the next period.
With an expected roadmap of 10-20 students to be accepted to work at the Sun Frontier Group every year, the cooperation contributes to ensuring the quality of human resources for the university's goal of having 500 students in all majors to participate in internship programmes and work in Japan from 2025 onwards.
