On Saturday, the Son Tra District People's Committee coordinated with the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center, the EM&AI JSC and the VrStyler Company to organise a workshop on applying artificial intelligence (AI) technology to public services with the participation of more than 300 officials, civil servants, and public employees across the district.

Deputy Director of the Da Nang Innovation and Startup Support Centre Vo Duc Anh said that Son Tra District has pioneered in conducting research and testing new technology solutions, and shaping the application direction of new and innovative solutions, especially AI in public services.

This is considered an important key to promote socio-economic development and solve social challenges. The main reason is thought to be that the public service sector accounts for 15% of the workforce, contributes 25% of social investment resources and create "rules of the game" in the economy.
