The Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security has recently issued Circular No. 28/2024/TT-BCA, effective from 1 August 2024, which allows citizens to register and obtain license plates for domestically manufactured and assembled vehicles on VNeID app. This enables vehicle owners to complete the necessary procedures without having to visit the vehicle registration authority in person, thereby saving time and effort.
