In order to create opportunities and support learners facing financial difficulties, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 157/2007/QĐ-TTg dated September 27, 2007 on credit for students; Decision No. 750/QĐ-TTg dated June 1, 2015 on adjusting and reducing the loan interest rates for certain policy credit programmes at the Viet Nam Bank for Social Policies, and Decision No. 05/2022/QĐ-TTg dated March 23, 2022 on amending and supplementing certain articles of Decision No. 157/2007/QĐ-TTg dated September 27, 2007 on credit for students.
