The Hai Van Pass lies at the geographical boundary between Da Nang and Thua Thien Hue Province. Located at about 500m above sea level, the 21-km long pass is the longest and highest mountain pass road in Viet Nam.

The pass is famous for the Hai Van Gate national relic site and winding roads. Besides, it is known as an ideal spot for ‘hunting clouds’ because white clouds cover the top of the pass all year round.

Let’s admire the harmonious beauty of clouds, mountains and sea on the Ha Van Pass through some stunning photos captured by Tai Dang, a freelancer from the DA NANG Newspaper.
