As noted at the ‘one-stop-shop’ sites of the Da Nang Administrative Centre on Thursday morning, many local residents came here in person to have their administrative paperwork directly handled, most of which were related to justice, healthcare and traffic matters.

All visitors were observed stay highly compliant with health measures against COVID-19, especially the 5K recommendations of the Vietnamese Health Ministry, namely khau trang (facemask), khu khuan (disinfection), khoang cach (distance), khong tu tap (no gathering), and khai bao y te (health declaration).

All arrivals must have their hands disinfected, their body temperatures measured and make medical declarations before entering the reception and returning the results of administrative procedures.

At the district, ward/commune-level administration sites, the city’s dwellers had their administrative procedures processed and most of them were linked to civil status, judicial and land use issues.

Bellow are some photos taken by DA NANG Newspaper reflecting the face-to-face reception and handling of administrative procedures amid the tightening of safety measures against COVID-19 on Thursday.
