In recent days, bustling working atmosphere has been recorded at the construction site of a traffic infrastructure project at western end of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge in Da Nang as workers have been racing against time to ensure the on-scheduled progress of a road tunnel, as part of the project.

Following the Da Nang People’s Committee-issued Official Letter No. 5288/UBND-SKHĐT dated August 16, the completion deadline for a road tunnel as part of the under-construction traffic infrastructure project at western end of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge will be December 31, 2021. According to the Da Nang Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Projects, since July 2021, construction workers have been working 3 shifts a day continuously from night to 6 am to keep progress on track. |

The building of drainage systems along a road running behind wedding venues facing 2 September Street and the extended Nguyen Son Tra Street, and the Duy Tan - September 2 streets has been basically completed. |
|
The project implementation progress has basically met the extension schedule, but recently has faced some difficulties due to the impact of COVID-19 and rainstorms, thereby reducing labour productivity. |
