Answering questions from our reporter Ngoc Phu,  Da Nang People’s Committee Chairman Le Trung Chinh announced that the Da Nang Administrative Centre remains open for local residents and businesses as tests on a close contact of COVID-19 case linked to the New Phuong Dong Night Club have came back negative for the virus once.

Amid the complex developments of COVID-19, the Da Nang Administrative Centre put in place the strictest health measures in order to protect the safety of the centre’s staff and its visitors. The priority is given to ensuring good practice of the 5K recommendations of the Vietnamese Health Ministry, namely khau trang (facemask), khu khuan (disinfection), khoang cach (distance), khong tu tap (no gathering), and khai bao y te (health declaration), as well as staying compliant with the city’s COVID-19 regulations.

Currently, half of the centre’s staff are working at home but enough employees are arranged at all one- stop shops for public services in this centre in a bid to ensure the smooth operation here.

Our observations indicate that visitors to this centre are seen wearing face covers, disinfecting their hands, making health declaration, and keeping a safe distance from others.
