Da Nang leaders pay pre-Tet rounds to ethnic minority groups
The Chairman of the Da Nang Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) Ngo Xuan Thang visited and extended Tet greetings to the Co Tu and Hoa ethnic minority groups in Ta Lang and Gian Bi villages in Hoa Bac Commune, Phu Tuc Village in Hoa Phu Commune and Trung Nghia Village in Hoa Ninh Commune, all in Hoa Vang District. He was accompanied by municipal People's Council Vice Chairwoman Cao Thi Huyen Tran and People's Committee Vice Chairwoman Ngo Thi Kim Yen.

On behalf of the city's leaders, Chairman Thang wished the Co Tu ethnic minority people a happy and warm Tet festival, expecting all of them to make contributions to building a rich and beautiful homeland and containing COVID-19 as well.
He also asked the authorities of the above-mentioned communes to ensure a cheerful and safe Tet ambiance for the people, with a focus on providing assistances to social policy and poor households.
For her part, Vice Chairwoman Yen wished the Hoa people a peaceful, peaceful and joyful Tet and encouraged them to promote the spirit of solidarity, enhance their living standards and overcome the negative impacts of COVID-19.
On this occasion, the city's leaders presented 411 gifts, each worth VND700,000 to the Co Tu and Hoa people.
