More than VND2 billion in support for market stallholders affected by COVID-19
At a recent 5th session of the Da Nang People’s Council in its 10th tenure during the 2021-2026 term, participating delegates approved a resolution on supporting the prices of services using the sales areas for stallholders affected by COVID-19 from May 2021 to October 2021 at the Hoa Cuong Wholesale Market and the Da Nang Supermarket Market with a total estimated budget of more than VND2 billion.
In particular, 276 business households at the Hoa Cuong Wholesale market will receive a total of more than VND370 million in financial aid, whilst nearly VND1.7 billion will be used to support 417 business households at the Da Nang Supermarket Market.
The support money will be provided in the form of a one-time payment directly to the business household.
