The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications, in coordination with the Department of Home Affairs, has built up the module ‘Outside-one-stop-shop Procedures" on the Da Nang Public Service Portal to receive dossiers and documents online, instead of paper-based ones as before.

The new service aims to promote administrative reform, create more favourable conditions for organisations, businesses and citizens in performing more administrative procedures.

The users can access this service at  https://dichvucong.danang.gov.vn
or App Mobile “Da Nang City Public Service Portal” available on Apple and Google play stores.

The list of procedures outside the one-stop shop released by the Department of Information and Communications comprises 21 procedures, of which 14 are eligible for being offered at level 4, the highest level in Viet Nam’s online public service system, that allows the reception and returning of results through the Public Service Portal.

These procedures belong to the field of Information Technology, Information - Press – Publishing, Inspection, Personnel Organisation, and Emulation and Commendation.
