On 4 July, commitments were signed by 26 organisations from Da Nang to give a total of nearly 30 billion VND to Hoa Vang District to upgrade its rural areas.

Over 5.7 billion VND will come from the municipal Fatherland Front Committee and the city’s political and social organisations, more than 1 billion VND from district-level Party committees, over 18.7 billion VND from Party organisations under the municipal Party Committee, and 3.9 billion from associations across the city.

Also at the event, 77 of the city’s organisations were honoured in recognition of their significant contributions to upgrading rural areas in Hoa Vang District in 2012 and 2013.
