At 3.30pm last Sunday, 30-year-old Dao Thi Tra My from Thua Thien Hue Province was caught red-handed by the anti-drug forces of the Da Nang Border Guard and Son Tra District’s border guard force as she was selling drugs to addicts in Nai Hien Dong Ward.

At the scene, a package of synthetic drugs was seized.

The forces then searched My’s house and seized around 5 grams of synthetic drugs, 3.5 million VND in cash, plus many empty nylon packages and tools for using drugs.

Previously, the city’s border guard force had arrested 7 offenders for illegal drug trafficking. A total of nearly 100 grams of different types of drugs, around 15 million VND in cash, 6 motorcycles, and other exhibits have been seized.
