A public coastal footpath is being created between the Furama Resort Danang and the Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex |
In particular, the total area of the project will be increased from 12,782m2 to 13,236m2.
The walkway width will be expanded from 3m to 5m, whilst the boundary of the project will be extended to the south by taking back 454m of the Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex. The intention is to create a beach walkway associated with a public promenade park for local residents and visitors.
As for the project’s entrance area, existing ditches will be replaced with around 70m-long concrete box culverts.
Also, focus will be on building a parking area for 4-wheeled vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles, a playground for children, and a fitness yard along the coastal footpath.
Heed will also be paid to constructing a square, placing chairs, planting more trees, and installing decorative lights and automatic foot washing systems in a bid to serve tourists and make the soon-to-be-completed beach walkway more inviting to them.
