Under the direct management of the district-level authorities, these forces will consist of 2 - 3 members who are representatives from public agencies and social associations, plus volunteers living in residential areas.
Each force will be in charge of conducting regular monitoring of between 30 and 50 families in their residential areas.
The forces’ members will be tasked themselves with closely supervising their target families’ practices of infection preventation and control measures along with social distancing restrictions which have been introduced by the national and municipal governments.
In addition, special heed will be paid to regularly monitoring the health of local residents. Anyone who appears to have the most commonly reported signs and symptoms such as fever, cough, a sore throat, chest pain and shortness of breath, will be reported to local health authorities for early detecting suspected cases and taking their clinical specimens for Covid-19 testing, and promptly carrying out appropriate isolation and medical interventions as well.
