Da Nang is currently ranked sixth in Viet Nam for the highest number of insurance app VssID users with over 132,000 people, according to the rankings released by the Viet Nam Social Security (VSS) on Monday meeting in Da Nang.

The figure reported by VSS in its updates on April 15, 2021 showed that more than 2 million issuance card holders across Viet Nam has used the VssID application.

During their meeting with Da Nang participants on Monday, representatives from VSS provided insurance holders in Da Nang with steps to install VssID-Digital Social Insurance, a mobile application of (VSS).

Also at the event, additions and revisions to health and social care policies were introduced to the participants. In addition, representatives from VSS collected constructive feedback from Da Nang’s VssID users in a bid to provide better service for them.

The application is available on both the App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android operating systems.
The VssID app helps users see all updates relating to social and healthcare policies, check their social insurance record and codes, medical facilities covered by social insurance, and places for paying insurance premiums.

The VSS will continue integrating public services and online payment utilities into the app in line with ensuring cyber security and information confidentiality for users.
