Two more employees at the Da Nang-based AMIDA Beauty Salon have caught COVID-19 due to their close contacts with their female college who was tested positive for deadly virus on Friday. 

One is 30-year-old woman residing on Le Hien Mai Street, Lien Chieu District, a tattoo spraying technician at the AMIDA beauty salon’s facility at 222 Phan Chau Trinh, Binh Hien Ward, Hai Chau District. The other is 39-year-old woman living on Nguyen Quyen street, Hoa An Ward, Cam Le District, the manager of this AMIDA facility. Both of them have tested positive for the virus.

The municipal Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control on early Saturday released the results of the epidemiological investigation of the two infected women.

The public should keep a close eye on places and contacts linked to these infected women.

Besides AMIDA international beauty salon’s facilities at 539 Dien Bien Phu Street and 222 Phan Chau Trinh, other venues include Hoa Khanh Nam traditional market (near Hoa Khanh Nam Medical Station, and Dasushi Restaurant at 150 Phan Chau Trinh and the Da Nang Family Hospital.
