The Da Nang People's Committee has just issued specific regulations regarding transporting Da Nang citizens to Ho Chi Minh City for work in the new situation.

Accordingly, the organization of transporting workers to Ho Chi Minh City for work in the new situation is clearly specified in Official Dispatch No. 3232/UBND-DT dated September 30, 2021 adopted by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Under the regulations, employees who want to come to this coronavirus-stricken southern metropolis shall receive at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccines administered at least 14 days or have recovered from COVID-19 with certificates granted by the competent authority, and hold still-valid negative COVID-19 tests.

The organiser of transporting workers to the southern city by roadways must specify the list of vehicles and the positions of the passengers in service for potential contact tracing tasks if someone onboard is infected with the virus.

Eligible people with essential needs to come to Ho Chi Minh City and vice versa are specified in Official Letter No. 3251/UBND-DT dated October 1, 2021 released by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

In addition, the organisation of passenger transport activities shall comply with Decision No. 1840/QD-BGTVT dated October 20, 2021 demanded by the Vietnmaese Ministry of Transport.

The implementation of a number of safety measures against the highly contagious disease applied to all returnees to Da Nang from other localities nationwide must strictly adhere to the current regulations required by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport and the Da Nang People's Committee.
