During her Wednesday visit to self-managed groups of workers in Lien Chieu District and apartment buildings in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang Labour Confederation Dinh Thi Thanh Ha gave spiritual encouragement to migrant workers who cannot go back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet with their families, and wished them a warm and happy Tet in the city.

On this occasion, the Da Nang Labour Confederation presented 371 gifts, worth VND500,000 each, to workers, and 43 support packages, valued at VND1 million each, for single workers living in self-managed groups of workers.

Also, 150 Tet gifts, worth VND500,000 each, along with ‘Welfare packages of Trade Union’, were given to workers living in the affordable housing scheme in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park.

Also on the same day, Vice Chairwoman Ha visited and presented Tet gifts, valued at VND500,000 each, to 150 poor members of Son Tra District's Labour Confederation, and 107 others of Cam Le District's Labour Confederation.

On this occasion, the city's Labour Confederation gave Tet gifts, worth VND500,000 each, and ‘Welfare packages of Trade Union’, to 32 workers living in the affordable housing scheme in the Hoa Cam Industrial Park.

Also, 36 Tet gifts were donated to workers of Hoa Vang District’s Labour Confederation, whilst 5 gifts were given to single workers of Hoa Vang District’s Labour Confederation and 8 to single workers of Son Tra District’s Labour Confederation, each worth VND1 million.

It is known that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Tiger in 2022, the municipal Labour Confederation donated 902 Tet gifts, totalling nearly VND480 million, to workers who cannot return to their hometown to celebrate Tet.
