The Da Nang government has already approved the investment policy for the project 'Repairing downgraded apartment buildings in the city in 2022’.

The repair of apartment buildings in the city is aimed at overcoming the deterioration of the works, ensuring safety during use and enhancing the urban beauty in the city.

Under the project, tasks include refurbishing, waterproofing, renovating corrugated iron roofs, purlins and repairing wall cracks in 6 apartment blocks in the city.

The apartment buildings are entitled to the upgrade are Nai Hien Dong Fishing Village, Hoa Hiep 2, Phuoc Ly and Nai Hien Dong apartment complexes, the C2 apartment building at the end of Bach Dang Dong Street, a low-income apartment complex at the beginning of Son Tra - Dien Ngoc route.

The municipal departments of Planning and Investment, and Finance will perform state management tasks according to regulations, whilst the Department of Construction will be in charge of being the project investor and manager.
