As per the new regulation, only passengers with valid flight tickets, airline employees, airport staff, and individuals authorized by competent authorities will be permitted entry. The new regulation will be enforced from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00pm every day.

The Da Nang airport said that personnel will be deployed to Terminal T2 to ensure only departing travellers enter through doors A and B on the Terminal’s second floor or take the elevator from the ground floor to the Terminal’s second floor.

Specialized support staff will be charged with ensuring that departing travellers who require assistance, such as the elderly, people with disabilities, and children, are appropriately aided.

Support staff will also be stationed at gate areas A and B to assist and guide passengers to check-in counters.

Furthermore, Terminal T2 is committed to providing comprehensive support to departing travellers at the check in area, and ensuring a high customer service experience for them. Airport Police and its Security Center will work together to promptly deal with any problems that could potentially impact flight operations or threaten the security and the social order.

The new regulation is part of a carefully-planned roadmap designed to prevent overcrowding, maintain safety, uphold public order, and ensure that passengers are able to efficiently navigate the airport.

Terminal T2 is proactively engaged in collaboration with airlines and ground services to optimize its service quality. Self-check-in service, along with entry/exit system is also used in the airport in order to speed up the check-in procedure, thereby ensuring streamlined processes and minimal wait times for departing travellers.
