The activity aimed at promoting the proactive and volunteer spirit of Youth Union members and young people to carry out meaningful projects, contributing to the good implementation of Resolution No. 07-NQ/TU dated July 7, 2021, issued by the Da Nang Party Committee’s Standing Board, on building and developing Hoa Vang District to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

In particular, top priority will be given to developing Hoa Vang District into a town by 2025, as well as supporting Hoa Lien Commune to build advanced new-style rural areas and completing the criteria for ward status.

On the occasion, the Youth Union organisation of the Da Nang Government Department and Agency Bloc donated some youth projects to Hoa Lien Commune. Included were the VND400 million "Lighting up the countryside" electrical project; a VND100 million project on repairing flood shelters and sanitation facilities at the Truong Dinh village cultural house; the construction of "Civilized Route" at a total cost of VND50 million; and the development of the "Clean Vegetable Garden" model at a total cost of VND50 million.

Also, the Youth Union organisation of the Da Nang Government Department and Agency Bloc provided people in Hoa Lien Commune with guidance on classifying, collecting and treating hazardous waste in agricultural production, and straw after rice harvest; online public services; and digital transformation content.
