Da Nang’s tasty local dish ‘com ga’ (chicken rice) is very popular with both the city’s residents and its visitors.
The dish boasts an amazing taste despite its main ingredients consisting of only rice and chicken. There are two main versions of com ga. One is served with roast chicken whilst the other uses shredded chicken, and both come with Vietnamese coriander and slices of green papaya and onion.

This restaurant offers various types of com ga, incorporating both roast and shredded chicken, as well as fried chicken with fish sauce served with rice. It’s the fried chicken rice here which is most preferred by local diners thanks to its special flavour.

Boasting a clean and airy space, the A Hue restaurant offers a wide range of delicious dishes, including roast and shredded chicken com ga, ‘bun bo’ (beef rice vermicelli), and ‘my Quang’ (Quang noodles). It is, however, the roast chicken com ga which is most popular with diners here.

In addition to the com ga, other dishes, are available including ‘com tam’ (broken rice with grilled pork chop) and ‘banh canh ca loc’ (snakehead fish with rice spaghetti).
