The 2018 Spring Fair
This year’s fair features over 300 stands from a total of 160 businesses nationwide. During the ongoing event, the participating businesses are showcasing numerous Vietnamese products, including fashionable clothes, textiles and garments, electronic items, food, drinks, handicrafts, and other consumer items.
The fair aims to meet the increasing shopping demands of local residents in these days leading up to the Tet Festival. It is also a good opportunity for participating businesses to seek their partners and introduce their products to local consumers.
There are many fascinating entertainment activities for children, nightly musical performances, and eating and drinking areas for visitors.

Folk painting exhibition
On display at the exhibition will be a total of 62 nice paintings from the Viet Nam Fine Arts Museum.
Imbued with the Vietnamese cultural identity, these fines works are sourced from such popular Vietnamese folk painting villages as Dong Ho in Bac Ninh Province, Hang Trong and Kim Hoang in Ha Noi, and Vu Di in Vinh Phuc Province.

A display of 150 original antiquities and photos of Oc Eo Culture
Oc Eo is the name of an archaeological site in Thoai Son District in An Giang Province in the Mekong River Delta. Based on the artifacts unearthed, archaeologists said that the area used to be a busy port of the kingdom of Phu Nam between the 1st and 7th centuries. They used the term ‘Oc Eo Culture’ to refer to the ancient material culture of the Mekong Delta region.

Apart from enjoying impressive Tuong performances, visitors will be introduced to the art of Tuong mask drawing and its dress codes. In addition, they will have the opportunity to have their photos taken inTuong costumes which will be available for hire at the event.

‘Charming Da Nang’ musical programme
This 60-minute programme opens with a stage presentation highlighting the city’s most impressive sites such as the Da Nang International Airport, the Han River and the tall buildings. It is followed by delightful performances of singing, dancing and traditional Vietnamese musical instruments, each of them showcasing the culture and beauty of Da Nang, and Viet Nam as a whole. Interestingly, there is a song named ‘Charming Da Nang’ which was written specifically for this programme.
