Aside from fresh ingredients and attractive colours, the highlight of the Sunday Brunch is the extensive menu of more than 90 dishes.

Let's take your taste buds on a tantalising journey with the best delicacies offered on the menu.

Accordingly, diners indulge in a lavish brunch featuring unique appetizers made from locally sourced farm-to-table ingredients. Included in the menu are nutritious dishes such as half-grilled lobster, pan-fried foie gras, the renowned beef Wellington, foie gras Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), Japanese sea urchin, pan-seared black cod with miso cream, Spanish salted pork thighs, fresh seafood, grilled dishes and delightful desserts.

Chef Nguyen Van Lan, who is considered the soul of the Sunday Brunch, suggested diners try pan-fried foie gras, half-grilled lobster, foie gras Chawanmushi and beef Wellington.

According to chef Lan, Beef Wellington is considered by the culinary world to be ‘the king of all luxurious parties’ because of its attractiveness and sophisticated processing. Wrapped in golden, buttery puff pastry and filled with deeply savory mushroom duxelles, beef Wellington is an unforgettable centerpiece to any feast.

Meanwhile, Chawanmushi, a Japanese steamed egg custard, has nutritional value but no less frugal.

In addition to dozens of unique appetizers and desserts, many Vietnamese dishes are prepared right at the counter by the chef from ingredients chosen by diners.

Notably, there is a small corner at the restaurant to display children's favourite dishes, including cakes, nitrogen ice cream, pizza, pasta, cheese, candies and jams in eye-catching and funny shapes.

Additionally, the event includes various enjoyable activities for children, and exciting workshop experience from Tadaa - Workshop & Studio. Children have the opportunity to unleash their creativity, decorate clay photo frames, make cookies, enjoy magic shows, blow artistic bubbles and interact with pets.

The Sunday Brunch event lasts about 180 minutes, giving parents enough time to play with their children, experience Noomfood organic products, and spend a memorable Sunday with their family.
