Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen negative for coronavirus

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, his wife and 18 bodyguards tested negative for coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19, the leader announced on his Facebook on 4 November.

Hun Sen said that after receiving news that Hungarian Foreign and Trade Minister Péter Szijjártó tested positive, they rushed to get the tests and the results showed they do not infect with the disease.
Even tested negative, he will go through a 14-day quarantine period for everyone’s safety, the leader added.
The Hungarian Foreign and Trade Minister tested positive for the coronavirus in Bangkok after he departed from Phnom Penh on 3 November.
To date, Cambodia has confirmed 292 cases of COVID19 with 283 recoveries and no death.
