Tightening of procedures for dealing with business complaints

The Department of Planning and Investment has been asked by the municipal People’s Committee (PC) to complete the handling of complaints and recommendations made by local business associations, investors and businesses from both home and abroad no later than the 12th day of each month.
In some instances, the Department will be allowed to send the collected recommendations to other local relevant agencies and district-level authorities for them to deal with.
Before the 22nd day of each month, in addition to reporting the already-handled matters, the Department will also have to collect and submit to the municipal PC any complaints which need to be dealt with by the PC and offer their suggested solutions.
