Some of Da Nang’s businesses are participating in trade promotion programmes in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, Russia, from 11 - 17 October.  They are Song Thu Shipyard Corporation, Seaprodex Da Nang, and Danapha Pharmaceuticals.

Organised by the municipal Department of Industry and Trade, the programme aims to advertise the local products and promote the city’s exports to the Russian market. 

During the programme, the company representatives will participate in a trade promotion workshop in Saint Petersburg, and meet with representatives from overseas branches of Viet Nam’s state management agencies and the Viet Nam Business Association. 

In addition, they are being encouraged to attend an international fair in Moscow next year, and are being given the opportunity to learn more about importing and exporting regulations in those foreign countries which have entered into the free trade agreement between Viet Nam and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
