According to the latest statistics released by the Da Nang Department of Planning and Investment, between January and September, domestic and foreign investors poured over 23,142 billion VND into local projects.

Over the period, the city authorities granted business registration certificates to 3,345 new businesses, branches and representative offices, with a total registered charter capital of over 11,635 billion VND.  This figure represents an increase of 37% and 33% in the number of businesses and investments respectively compared with the same period last year.

In addition, 3,140 businesses had their business registration certificates changed or supplemented, and 1,283 had their registration papers handled online.

To date, the city is home to a total of 18,078 businesses, branches and representative offices with a total registered capital of 89,369 billion VND.
