The Da Nang People’s Committee recently gave the go-ahead for the construction of a large-scale project featuring high-rise buildings in a residential area near the eastern end of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge in Ngu Hanh Son District’s My An Ward.

This project is in preparation for the annual Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) in future years.

The project site borders the streets of My An No 6 and My An No 8 to the north, Phan Hanh Son and My An No 8 to the south, Chuong Duong Street to the west, and An Duong Vuong and Hoai Thanh to the east.

Covering a total area of 225,923m², the project will feature 4 complexes of condotels and commercial service areas, and the buildings will range between 42 and 57 storeys high.

In particular, under the project, DIFF viewing stands will be set up, offering a combined total of 20,000 seats.
