On Tuesday, the Authority of the Da Nang Hi-tech Park and the University of Da Nang (UDN) together entered into a cooperation agreement on training human resources, promoting their research and development (R&D) activities, and organising business incubation programmes in hi-tech sector.   The intention was to implement effectively the strategies for ensuring the sustainable development of the Park in the years ahead.

Under the agreement, the 2 sides will jointly conduct their research activities and enhance their effective technology transfers.  Also, more joint efforts will be made to develop hi-tech business incubation programmes, and conduct commercialisation activities for hi-tech products.  In particular, the Park will offer internship opportunities for UDN’s students, and facilitate them to start up their own businesses.

Notably, the bilateral cooperation between the 2 sides will help to fully tap their international partners, and develop more strategic plans for promoting scientific and technological research as well as technology commercialisation in Da Nang, and in the central region and highlands as a whole.
