On Saturday, the Long Hau JSC inked a lease agreement with Japan's Hatsuta Automatic Safety Solutions Co., Ltd, for its 6,000m² ready-built factory J401 at Da Nang-based Hi-Tech Park.

During the signing ceremony, the Long Hau JSC representative pledged to create very favourable conditions for the Hatsuta Company to ensure its smooth and efficient production.

The Long Hau JSC will work with the municipal Authority of Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Parks to conduct investment promotion activities in order to attract even more investors to pour money into the city's Hi-Tech Park.

The 5.13 million USD Hatsuta Automatic Safety Solutions Co., Ltd,, a subsidiary of the Hatsuta Seisakusho Company based in Japan's Osaka City, specialises in manufacturing fire-extinguishing equipment and pressure gauges.

The Long Hau JSC is carrying out the 1^st stage expansion of its hi-tech factory cluster project in the Da Nang Hi-tech Park on an area of 10,000m², and the construction work is slated to be completed in September.
