The central Vietnamese tourist city “causes nostalgia” amongst tourists with such famous specialties as ‘mi Quang’ (noodles with pork, shrimp, and fresh herbs), ‘bun cha ca’ (fish cake vermicelli) and ‘Banh trang cuon thit heo’ (belly pork and vegetables wrapped in soft rice paper).
