8 additional OCOP products evaluated and classified
The evaluation and classification of 8 Da Nang-developed products under the city-launched ‘One Commune-One Product (OCOP)’ programme took place in the city on Tuesday, October 26.
Accordingly, 4 products were assessed and proposed for recognition as 4-star ones under the so-called OCOP model. They were squid cakes and spiced dried catfish produced by the Bac Dau Co., Ltd located at 11 Van Don Street, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District; dried cordyceps DR. Trung by the Vinseed Biotechnology Co., Ltd at 258-260 Le Quang Chi Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District; and baked coconut cake with peanuts by the My Phuong Bakery at 234 Doan Huu Trung Street, Hoa An Ward, Cam Le District.
Meanwhile, the others were evaluated and proposed for recognition as OCOP 3-star products. They were ‘cha heo’ (grilled pork pate) by the Vo Thi Huynh Business Household at 40 Tran Duy Chien Street, Man Thai Ward, Son Tra District; ‘cha bo’ (grilled beef pate) by the Phuoc Ha Business Household at K123/H54/41 Cu Chinh Lan Street, Hoa Khe Ward, Thanh Khe District; Thanh Trung ‘ca bo rim’ (simmered fish) by Nguyen Van Quang Business Household on Khai Tay 2 Street, Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District; and Tam Nguyen ginger tea by the Tam Nguyen Business Household on Khai Tay 1 Street, Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.
In the coming time, the Da Nang OCOP Product Classification and Evaluation Council will continue to evaluate and classify more OCOP products in the city.
