The Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre under the municipal Department of Natural Resources and the Environment is now calling for investment from organisations and individuals at home and aboard into the development of a smart garage combined with commercial services at a 2,144.7 m² land site on the corner of Nguyen Van Linh and Hoang Dieu streets, Nam Duong Ward, Hai Chau District.

Specifically, the planned land area borders Nguyen Van Linh Street to the north, Hoang Dieu to the west, urban land plots to the south and the Phuoc Ninh relic site to the east.

The construction of this parking garage is in accordance with the project entitled ‘Development of road traffic infrastructure and parking facilities’ approved by the Da Nang People's Committee. Under this large-scale project, 248 parking sites in service for tourists on pedestrian routes will take their shapes.

The developer of the garage at the corner of Nguyen Van Linh - Hoang Dieu streets must present a design solution with optimal functions, modern architecture, and harmony with the surrounding  landscape.
