The Da Nang Department of Tourism on Friday organised an intensive training course on digital transformation for nearly 80 trainees who are representatives of 4-5 star and equivalent tourist accommodation establishments throughout the city.

At the training session, the trainees were introduced to the topics of system digitization, booking engine and revenue optimisation suitable for large-scale businesses.

Previously, on April 21, the municipal Department of Tourism held a training course on digital transformation for nearly 80 employees from 3-star-and-under tourist accommodation establishments.

These aforementioned training courses aimed to gradually standardise business activities to serve customers, improve digital skills, increase competitive advantages, develop business opportunities and tourist accommodation establishments support to optimize their operations, thus contributing to improving the quality and professionalism when reopening tourism activities.
