The Da Nang government has issued a decision on approving the contractor selection plan for the planning project "Adjustments of the subdivision planning along the Han River and its eastern bank".

Accordingly, the Da Nang Management Board of Industrial and Civil Engineering Construction and Investment Projects is the project’s planning unit.

The implementation of the project is expected to cost over VND6.3 billion which is funded by the city budget, excluding costs of surveying, measuring and drawing topographic maps for planning.

Particularly, the bidding package for consulting on setting up a plan to adjust the subdivision planning along the Han River and its eastern bank under the 1:2,000 zoning scale will be valued at VND4.6 billion.

The bidding to select construction contractors for the project will be conducted online domestically in the 2nd quarter of 2022.

The time for the execution of the construction contract will be 120 days, whilst that taken for handling related legal procedures will be 200 days.
