The Da Nang Management Board of Industrial and Civil Engineering Construction and Investment Projects is implementing a plan to invite bids for the construction of a cultural centre combined with children's cultural house to the west of the city in Phase 1.

According to Decision No. 1482/QD-UBND dated June 2, 2022 of the municipal People's Committee, the VND86.4 billion project will be located in Lien Chieu District.

Accordingly, there are 5 component bidding packages. The first package is construction of buildings and technical infrastructure with a value of VND67.3 billion in the form of open bidding in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The second is the installation of outdoor lighting and relocation of current lighting worth VND1.28 billion through the form of online bidding in the first quarter of 2023.

The third is the supply and installation of sound systems and musical instruments with a cost of VND 2.35 billion through online public bidding in the second quarter of 2023.

The fourth is the supply and installation of interior equipment with a value of VND2.52 billion in the form of online bidding in the second quarter of 3023.

The last one is to prepare design documents at an estimated cost of VND1.46 billion and will be auctioned online in the 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2022.
