The Da Nang government has issued a plan to identify 5 tasks and solutions in sake for restructuring the city's economy during the 2021-2025 period.

Specifically, the focus will be on restructuring public investment, State budget, system of credit institutions and public non-business units; developing different types of markets, improving the efficiency of resource allocation and use; developing businesses and connecting economic sectors; strengthening urban economic linkages; and restructuring industries towards modern development, sustainable green economy and maximizing potentials and advantages.

Particularly for the public investment structuring task, importance will be attached to allocating capital sources to urgent and necessary projects that have a direct impact on the city’s post-pandemic socio-economic recovery.

In order to effectively implement the annual public investment plan, relevant units will pay attention to improving the quality of investment preparatory works; expediting the site clearance work; and disbursing investment capital associated with the responsibilities of relevant organisations and individuals.

Additionally, heed will be on speeding up the construction progress of key projects that stimulate and restore socio-economic development throughout the city.

Furthermore, great efforts will be made to mobilize social capitals to deploy such projects as the Hoa Cam Industrial Park in 2^nd stage, the Hoa Nhon and Hoa Ninh industrial parks, hi-tech agricultural zones, and industrial clusters.
