Recently, the Department of Tourism has promoted solutions for digital transformation in tourism activities, aiming to build a data tourism platform and a digital technology system.
It is high time for local tourism businesses to implement effective solutions to restore tourism activities, digital transformation, and build smart tourism to contribute to affirming Da Nang’s current stature as an attractive destination for tourists.
Focus will be on focusing on a number of solutions such as restructuring enterprises in a lean direction, building a modern management model, gradually automating some intermediate stages and services, renewing human resources, building databases, strengthening the ability to analyze tourists' behaviour and trends and expanding new tourist market.
