The Da Nang government has approved investment policy decision for a social housing project at land lot 5, B Area of the residential area south of Cam Le Bridge.

The project has an estimated total investment of VND1,737 billion, excluding compensation and resettlement costs, and land use and land rental fees.

The about 1,236-apartment building will be built on an area of 15,863m² with a total floor area of ​​about 145,998m².

The one basement-plus- 12-15-strorey project will accommodate about 3,095 people, and feature full basic facilities such as a parking area, a community house, a kindergarten and other essential areas.

Social housing units will be sold or leased to beneficiaries of social housing policies in accordance with the housing law.
